AT-ST Walker (All Terrain Scout Transport) - 3¾" Scale

The fantastic AT-ST Walker (All Terrain Scout Transport) made at scale for the 3¾" Star Wars figures (1:20). It was made entirely based on blueprints designed after a long and exhaustive research.

The AT-ST is made out of apoxy resin, polyurethane resin and fiberglass. Has 20 points of articulation (please see pictures 4 and 5):

1 - Foot (x2)

2 - Ankle (x2)

3 - Ankle (x2)

4 - Shoulder (x2)

5 - Inside the shoulder (x2)

6 - Joint body-shoulder (x2)

7 - Neck

8 - Side-mounted weapon pods (x2)

9 - Windows (x2)

10 - Hatch

11 - Access to the cockpit area

12 - Chin-mounted laser cannons

The cockpit area includes the control panel of the vehicle and two sets for soldiers. The legs are leaded for balance.

The legs can be completely disassembled and the legs articulations can be replaced in case of too much use. Its measures are about 16 inches tall, 7 inches wide and 12 inches depth. Its weight is about 3.30 lbs.

Several painting techniques were used to reach the most accurate realism (brush and airbrush in search of that rusted metal finish characteristic of the vehicle).

Action figures and Hasbro AT-ST not included. Shown for scale purposes only.

This project has been made after the following references:

- "Star Wars Chronicles", by Deborah Fine and Aeon Inc.

- "Star Wars: The Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels", by Bill Smith, Doug Chiang, Troy Vigil.

- "From Star Wars to Indiana Jones. The Best of the Lucasfilm Archives", by Mark Cotta Vaz and Shinji Hata.

- Movie scenes from "Return of the Jedi".

- "Incredible Cross-sections of Star Wars, Episodes IV, V, & VI: The Ultimate Guide to Star Wars Vehicles and Spacecraft", por David West Reynolds.
